Resepi Buttercream

terlalu banyak resepi buttercream yg saya jumpa & yg pernah saya cuba. kat sini nak kongsi la ngan anda sumer. terserah la nk pakai yg mana....

from Wilton...
1/2 cup solid vegetable shortening
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 tbsp clear vanilla
4 cups sifted confectioners sugar
2 tbsp milk

from internet...(tak ingat dr mana dpt)
1 cup shortening
1 cup krimwell
4-5 cups gula icing
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp perisa badam (almond essence)
4 tbsp susu UHT

my sister yg duduk di Kelantan dtg last week for attending a course. dia dtg dgn anak sedara ku yg bernama Afiq Firdaus. hrtu masa buat kek tiramisu my mum, dia ternmpk dan nkkan kek tu...dh tu, nk pujuk punya pasal mak ckp, nnti che anis buatkn kek spiderman...huh!! kebetulan, besday dia baru lepas, 26 Mac hrtu...so, buatlah kek tu sempena besday dia.

entry kali ni kasi colour2 sket, match dgn kek nyer yg berwarna-warni itu. actually ini adalah kek marble kukus yg telah saya pelbagaikan perasa nye...ada blueberry, strawberry, orange and pandan. seronok buat kek ni pasal kita leh ikut suka kita nk taruk perasa apa...nk buat kek. pelbagai rasa,2 rasa, 3 rasa....buat dua warna, atau 3 warna...best!!
kek2 kt atas tu 1/2kg punye..if nak buat 1 kg...pun boleh!!

ni cadangan hidangan...sesuai benar kalo nk buat makan2 kat rumah...jamuan makan atau kenduri kecil2an...sesuai jugak untuk dibuat buah tangan...hihi...

dua hari berturut2 saya membuat kek tiramisu...ni tkleh jd ni...nk kena buat gak untuk sendiri makan ni...terliur btul!! hehehe....
first tiramisu ordered by Sharina, my cousin yg working at Telekom. occasion apa saya kurang pasti :)



second was ordered by my mum sendiri....untuk jamuan makan kawan2 dia...peluang baik ni!! promote to my mum's friend, best...best...hope they all like it...
kali ni punye buat lain sket...gempak sket decoration dia..choc dia kasi lebih sket..untuk mak sendiri la katakan..
